Dear Sir/Madam,
There is a good deal of work required getting anything of value. The value-added information provided to the professional Airport Manager as a result of achieving a passing grade from the Airport Administration and Services program through Sault College is well worth it. The opportunity to learn and work at your own pace with assistance at any time (afterl2 noon eastern) gives a boost to your confidence. I found the program challenging yet useful in the day to day duties of an Airport Manager. The documents provided are of great assistance to reference. Mr. John Bell is very competent and qualified to guide you through the modules, his openness to ideas and changes is in keeping with the educational process. I have been a Private Pilot for 29 years, an Airport Manager for 4 years and feel more in tuned and qualified in the aviation business as a result of the program.

fire truck tes 2Hi John:
The Whitehorse International Airport is very busy airport, continually expanding and diversifying services and changing priorities to meet the needs of the tenants, travelling public, and local and aviation communities. In my position as the Supervisor, Resource Management I am required to make airport management/operational decisions in the absence of the Airport Manager. My knowledge of the airport was generally restricted to the financial, budgetary, and human resource areas. To meet the requirements and challenges of my position I recognized that I needed airport operations, safety, and management training. The Airport Administration and Services Program far exceeded my expectations. The course material covered each aspect of airport operations. I gained significant knowledge of airport operations and functions. I am confident in the decisions I make while performing my duties. The course has benefited me both professionally and in my personal development. In addition, my employer has the benefit of a more qualified, competent, and confident employee.
Sincerely
Marilyn
PS Who do you want for the Grey Cup? I haven’t decided yet.

Hi John,
Over all I found the course to be very informative with an excellent stepping stone insight to the Airline Operations field. Good knowledge and well laid out manual led me to complete the Course at a quick pace with a few hours of home study every night. I would recommend this Course to any commercial pilot, as it has excellent background knowledge to the field of Airline Operations used by small airlines which the pilot is also the ground handler!
Thanks John, I look forward in the future to starting the Airport Services Course sometime after Xmas with you. Just to add to my qualifications as a newly trained commercial pilot.
